Geography of Bulgaria
Only 3 hours flight time from the UK, Bulgaria is roughly the same size as England but far less populated giving it a far more spacious and healthy feel.
Located in Southern Central Europe, Bulgaria shares its borders with Turkey, Greece, Serbia, Macedonia and Romania.
The country has a varied terrain, vast mountainous regions and fertile valleys and plains. Its coastline stretches along the Black Sea.
